"Waste of my time and gas. Made an appointment for Thursday went in they said the technician is not here. Offered to put me down for another appointment Friday at 4 I said ok. Come in on Friday different person says their technician is not there. What the hell. Tells them I made an appointment because the guy said the technician was gonna be there. Turns out the person the day before never made me an appointment. I will be going elsewhere this was super unprofessional."

"Spend over $1000 for tires. One day when the weather was nice I cleaned my tires and rims by hand. This is when I noticed on my passenger front tire a lug nut casing was missing. I went and called Tire Choice and spoke to Tyler on 2/9/23. He said bring the car in. I brought the car in on 2/10/24. He said per his manager Preston they don't replace if they break it it's a Ford product. (Mind you, no one from Tire Choice told me they damaged/broke it) and I would have to pay for it. I asked how is that, if I bring me car one way and you return it another way? Tyler just stated per his manager. I would not recommend anyone spending their hard earned money there."

"A few days ago I realized one of my tires had a bubble in it so through a Google search I found my way here. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and helpful, he found me a tire for my van and got me in right away. The service was quick, prices reasonable. When I got in my van and started to drive away I noticed a rhythmic thumping noise so I immediately turned around and went back. After a few inspections and fiddling around they realized the tire weights had been placed in the incorrect spot and was hitting something. Easy fix. Removed weights and repositioned them. Sound gone. Went back out to my van to leave again and immediately noticed a huge scratch down my driver's door. I'm talking like two feet long. From being a mechanics wife I can tell this was from the gentleman working on my van sliding between the van and the lift post. It's a straight line then dips in a circular pattern like one would do when avoiding the sideview mirror. I immediately wanted to cry, we just bought our new vehicle 3 weeks ago. By then more customers had already taken up the waiting area to be helped and I was already running behind for a doctor's appointment so I left. Besides, when has a shop ever admitted fault for car damage. Anyhow, if yall want to make this right I'd be thrilled. If not I guess I'm stuck with it. The gentleman working on my van had a flashlight hanging off his side pocket, I figure that's where the scratch came from."

"I got a screw and nail in my rear tire and Tyler had me come right in. And of course they couldn't be repaired because they are so old and Tyler gave me such a great price I ended up buying 4 new tires. I highly recommend."
