"I made an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. I really just needed the alignment as I hit a really bad pothole a few days earlier but I decided to get the oil changed (even though it's considerably more expensive than my usual spot) because I was already bringing it in. They changed the oil but did not do the alignment because "it would take extra time to jack up my van". It was only 5:45 when they finished the oil change so there was still an hour and 15 minutes until closing time. The guy at the checkout told me to come back the next day when his "experienced " mechanic was back in. I told him I was leaving o. A 1000 mile trip the next day so I wouldn't be able to come back and would have to drive a van that was seriously out of alignment which would cost me accelerated tire wear. That didn't seem to matter to the guy, he just blamed it on the inexperienced technician so now I am many states away from home with a van that desperately needs an alignment."

"Great service. We’re 600 miles from home with low tire pressure. Walked in & said it would be 1 1/2 hrs. Completed inspection in 30 minutes, filled tires & found no punctures. Gentleman explained everything to us. Could not have asked for a better customer experience."

"Took my car to this location in March. Had the rear shocks replaced. Upon receiving my car back, I pull out of the shop location, and immediately started experiencing issues with the rear shocks. I took it back, and they explained to me that their mechanic put the wrong sized bolts in the top mount. Thus causing the struts to fail. After 3 failed attempts to get my money back (Fix it right the first time or it’s free), I had put in a claim with the local attorney generals office. They proceeded to deny that they did any negligent work to my car, and refused to give me a refund. Their claims process is non existent, and they take advantage of hard working people. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND"
