"I had Michael help me, he was awesome!! I dropped lug nut to my battery down in my tire wheel well, he climbed under and retrieved it!! And helped me with my key fobs for batteries!! The employees at this auto zone always go over and beyond what most places won't even try!! Thanks again Michael!!!"

"This is pertaining to the one on 103 East 2nd Street. Lately every time I have to deal with calling them, it seems like I get nothing but attitude from this store. I don't know who answered the phone tonight but I called to check to see if they had in fact a tool I need to do my water pump in their loaner tool program. All I wanted the guy to do is physically go look and see if they actually had it there in stock because there have been times before when I go to pick something up they say they have it in stock and it is not there. The guy proceeds to yell at me telling me he has two in stock and then yells at me and says have a good day and hangs phone up hard. Customer service at these stores are horrendous anymore. Half of them don't even know nothing about cars they only know how to push buttons."
