"Took my BMW in for a basic wheel alignment a little bit back. First was charged $150 for a $30 ball joint, was told it was "needed" in order to align the car (wasn't the most knowledgeable with cars at the time). Ended up paying a pretty penny but I was ready to live with all that, until my car was picked up by my father only to start overheating in no time! Turns out my thermostat as well as my electric cooling fan were disconnected! Certainly wasn't by me or my father, seems they tried to get me to come back in for the notorious water pump failure on my generation of BMW. Didn't feel like I got much honesty or integrity, even when confronted on the issues. A shame since they're right down the road from me"

"Another AWESOME experience at Heredos today! I dropped off my BMW before work with a 'drivetrain malfunction'. I called the shop after it opened to explain why my vehicle was there. I was asked if I have another car to drive (I do not). I was impressed that they cared enough to ask. My car was running very rough and I was afraid it would cost thousands of dollars and take several days to fix. I was pleasantly surprised with the estimate, and got an oil change on top of the necessary repairs. With the school employee discount, my bill was only $600. I was even offered a ride back to pick up my car, which was finished in just a matter of hours. Brian continues to go out of his way to help whenever I'm in a bind. A friend recommended Heredos to me, and I HIGHLY recommend them as well. They are extremely busy, but take time to listen and are always cordial and caring."
