"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It’s a scam! They charge you upfront, at the time of the reservation, and include gratuity, and then they cancel your service right before they’re supposed to pick you up. They cancelled my service 20 minutes before pick-up, leaving me stranded and scrambling to catch my flight. They assured me I would be refunded, however, my trip was 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t seen a dime. I’ve tried numerous times to get my money back and now they’re not returning any phone calls. Please beware of them and do not schedule service with these thieves!"
