"This place is terrible. Whatever you do do not come here. They do not know how to answer a phone or call people with updates. I have been calling for over a week now to see when my car will be done and have not gotten one response from anybody. Not only can they not respond but they also wait till the last minute to order parts for your car. I have now been without a car for 6 weeks and it doesn’t seem like I will be getting it back anytime soon…."

"Repairs came out fine. However, the repair time was not. The accident did happen around the holidays so I did consider that delaying my repairs but I was not expecting it to take 7 weeks to fix my car. The initial estimated repair time was only 5 days according to my insurance. I was told the shop received some broken/wrong parts which also led to a longer wait time. The shop is not the best at communicating. If you want updates, you have to call them yourself. I called every week to see if my car would be ready. I was told it would be ready at the end of the week just to have it pushed back to another week."
