"After getting service done I had lights come on and I had called multiple times to have these fixed but every time They said there was no lights even though I provided pictures that there clearly was. I think they temporarily reset them just enough for me to drive off and then to come back on. Either way I still have the lights and I still have the problem. And now they're refusing to fix it. All I want is my car fixed. And them to honor the Warranty they placed"

"It took me 7 months to get my brand new car back from them, they should have let me get it when I gave them the first initial check from insurance but they added another $5k in supplements and it took the insurance 5 months to figure out everything. The people are great, it’s just, it took way to long, and while I was waiting I still had a car payment and a insurance payment. They handled my stuff the wrong way, making somebody wait 7 months to get there car back is ridiculous"

"UPDATE: Issues were fixed by company. Thank you for the service! Absolutely no accountability at this shop. My insurance suggested this shop for my car body repair. I was quoted at a 2 week work window. It ended up being 3 weeks because of a part on back order. Ok. I received my car back and it took a few days to notice my keyless entry had stopped working while in their possession. They quickly fixed. A week or so later, I notice the turn signal chime and headlight chime does not work. What does my turn si7gnal chime have to do with work on the passenger side? The rubber wire sleeve in the door jam appeared to have been ripped out of the connectors without any regard as it does not attach flush to the body of the vehicle anymore. Today, June 14, I see that my front passenger tweeter piece damaged and then poorly superglued back together. This is not a very professional service. There is absolutely no quality control. I received my car back from Joseph Collision with more problems than when I brought it in. I am just wondering when the next broken thing I will find."
