"Towed car to the shop for repair they have the car but won’t answer the phone I can’t reach Jeff at the shop called shop several times and no answer and no call back"
"Avoid this auto shop. I paid $1200 for suspension work and tune-up. My car is still squeaking. I pretty much got ripped off!"
"I came to this place for the installation of a catalytic converter on a GMC Envoy, which was installed at a good price by the mechanic this place calls Paco. I even went back to this place for the installation of an oxygen sensor (O2 Sensor). However, after the installation of the catalytic converter, I started to hear a ticking noise from close to where the work was performed on the catalytic converter. I bring it back to this place, they tell me they don't hear anything. I go and get a second opinion from a GM dealership, they let me know to take it back to the place that worked on my catalytic converter. I bring it back to this place and show them the paperwork from GM and they completely call GM out as being cutthroat since GM didn't install this catalytic converter. A heavyset man goes for a ride with me to try to hear the ticking sound, since the mechanic Paco, is upset that his work is being called into question. The heavyset man that rode with me doesn't hear the noise and the whole place recommends for me to go and get another opinion for this noise. I take it to a Chevrolet dealership and they found bolts broken on my exhaust manifold, which on the same side that my catalytic converter is on. I bring it back to this place and show them the paperwork from Chevrolet, and the mechanic Paco, starts to curse at me, asking me, do I want my money back? I tell him no, I want my car fixed right. The old man behind the counter is the owner, and he seems to be alright with the way Paco is talking and carrying himself, and I am ready to lay a complete beating on Paco, but being black and beating up on white people would have landed me in handcuffs. The saving grace of this place was the owner's daughter's boyfriend/fiancé, who actually heard the noise and seemed to understand my issue, but still Paco and Heavyset man still can't hear the ticking noise that he heard. They finally pinpoint the problem, which are broken bolts on my exhaust manifold, but they will not take ownership that this came about from the work that was performed by Paco and since they do not perform engine work, the owner and owner's daughter recommended me to go to Tri-State Muffler and tell them that Larry sent me. Needless to say, I will not being taking my vehicle back to place ever again and I am contemplating suing this place."
"Don’t get me wrong, they did a great job with the repairs, but this place reeks of smoke. My car smells like smoke now and I’ve changed my clothes twice and can’t get the smell off of me"
"Friendly an kind place to get repairs done won't rip you off like other garages can't beat there prices been in business for over 40 years"
