"The crew at Dixie Midas were awesome. I had a low tire pressure and needed it fixed before seeing a client. They got me in and out in 30 minutes, plus charged me nothing. They also confirmed that my tire threads are still good. I will be doing all my car maintenance there."
"I have been going there with multiple vehicles for years, but this last time may very well have been the last. To start with, they put the wrong wheel balances on, so as I was driving on the highway shortly after my visit it sounded like huge rocks hitting the inside of the wheel well as each one came off. I had no idea what it was at the time, though, and it was surely unsettling while driving 65mph. I took the car back, and they did give me a free oil change for the trouble. However, now the car vibrates very noticeably at a specific speed, so apparently they don't know how to balance wheels. And I just realized days ago that the wheel covers were put on wrong and they cover up the tire stems. I'm really starting to wonder who they are hiring over there, and I shudder to think what else they may have messed up. Ironically, the fellow who gave me the free oil change card told me that if I have another problem just come back in and they'll give me another free oil change. He was either kidding, or expected I'd have more issues from my visit. Definitely didn't give me any confidence about the place."

They were extremely thorough, not only was the diagnosis regarding the brake pad and rotor conditions very accurate, they did a full inspection for my engine, struts, and other car parts. They told me clear reasoning for reasons for repair, the priorities, weighed the cost with potential outcomes, and never once pushed me to do any repairs I did not want. Thank you!"
"Very polite and thorough. However, they tried to charge me way too much money to change my filter and fix my headlight. They wanted to charge me $120 to fix my headlight and $60 for the filter. I went to AutoZone and bought what I needed for under $40 and it took less than 15 minutes to replace everything."
"What a life saver! I came out of the grocery to a completely flat tire. I called Midas and Juan said they would take a look at it right away. I was able to fill it up enough to drive over there and they were able to repair my tire. And they offer free repairs! Great experience, happy to recommend them to anyone."
