"A+ diesel mechanic, terrible body shop and terrible customer service. Had previously work done, Casey did not do half of what he said he would do and was terrible with communication. I was willing to give the new ownership a second chance. I was just rear ended and after a hard day of work I just made it in to get my truck quoted at 4:50 pm. Jessica seemed frustrated with me being there so late. She took my information and said I would receive a quote the next morning. I have yet to heard back and don't care to at this Point. I will no Longer continue buissness at this dealership. I recommend you don't waste your time here. They have no chain of command."

"I was crestfallen when my new 2022 Ford Maverick got backed into in a parking lot. Experience had taught me that where it was struck -(exactly where the passenger door, wheel well, and front right fender meet) - would result in it never driving the same again. With a heavy heart, I took it to Cronin Ford body shop and ordered a new one to replace it. Imagine my surprise when I got it back, not only matched perfectly in color, but driving every bit as good as it had from the day I received it with only 15 miles on the odometer. They were responsive, empathetic, professional, reliable, and proficient. They worked with the insurance company to coordinate my rental coverage when they didn’t have to and treated me like a valued customer. This is the type of service my father and grandfather used to talk about when I was a boy, and I never thought I would see it again in my lifetime. My grandfather retired from Ford, and my father only ever had Ford vehicles and tractors on the farm. "Quite possibly the worst body shop I have ever dealt with in the course of my entire life and I have lived everywhere from Alaska to South Carolina. I took my Flex here a second time against my better judgement. I let Casey know, please don't fix my wheel, I'll take the payout for said wheel, and replace all 4 together at a later time. As my Flex had an appearance package I was quite particular about it. I have called my insurance countless times because I never received the payout for my wheel from Ford. Insurance let me know that they so kindly cashed the check that had my name on it also. Not only that their inconsistencies are ridiculous, like replacing my taillight with the wrong one and fighting over a year to get the right taillight. Coming to pick up my vehicle and it now has a fully cracked windshield when there was no chip in the area. I drove all the way to South Carolina to McLoughlin Ford just to avoid this trash dealer. Don't even get me started on Casey's trash practices of, "just tell insurance this...scratch my back I scratch yours." Hard pass. Insurance was told everything. I literally could go on and on. Insurance is saying they may have to cut their losses because working with this dealership is ridiculous and they send them in circles anyway. I have a lawyer involved because I want to know who signed my name on that check."

"This shop was a gem of a find after my wreck. Other shops were months out on the schedule- Middletown Ford was a week. Casey, the shop manager worked behind the scenes dealing with the stingy insurance adjuster to get my car back to what it was before the accident. They even took the liberty of getting my car detailed before I took it off the shop’s lot! Match that with their guarantee on the work, and I could ask any more of them! Can’t thank these guys enough for what they did for me. I’m making sure all my friends and family know to take their cars here for any body work they need done!"
