"Worst delivery service that I have ever experienced. I hate to post negative reviews and would rather work with a business to resolve any issues. That said, I have not even been able to reach a person of authority. (automated phone system is terrible) My experience in the store was great. The salesperson worked with us and was very helpful. The Delivery was schedule for Friday, we received email Friday morning confirming the delivery and then a text later stating they would be there in 15 minutes. When no delivery arrived, we received a call 30 minutes after the delivery time to tell us that due to snow (1 inch) they have decided to skip this delivery. I told them that I had driven on the little snow all day with no issues and had received other deliveries. (The driveway was clearly visible through the dusting of snow). I had taken time of work and had no furniture with guests arriving. They said that delivery is through a third party and they have no control. If this was going to be an issue, why did they say through their automated system that they would be there? I took a full day off work! Further, They said that it would be a full week before they could try again. I can’t take another Friday off work! NO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!"
"Called store in advance to see if they had two bed frames in stock. They said yes. Drove 25 mins to the store to find out the only had one and that one needed to be picked up from their distribution center 15 mins away. Drove there and waited 50 mins for them to bring it out. Don't buy from this place"
"We recently purchased a couch at the Morris Home Furniture outlet store in Fairborn. The tag states “Last One” which led us to believe that this could have been a floor model or older inventory. A button on the upholstery was missing and the salesman alluded to this being the reason it was being sold at discount. When we got the sofa home and began sitting on it we suspected something was wrong with the frame. We turned it upside down, cut off the black mesh and found that the frame was broken. Not only was it broken, but it had been "repaired" with weak wood that had also partially broken. We knew we were buying a couch with a no-return policy and no warranty, however Morris Furniture defrauded us by making inadequate repairs to the couch and then reselling it in a new condition. They sell as-is and there was absolutely no way to know what "As-is" was. We were sold a faulty piece of furniture. It is completely unreasonable to expect that we would have turned over the couch in the store and cut open the mesh covering to discover the hidden damage. We should have been told that we were purchasing a refurbished couch, but we were led to believe that this was a new couch. This is why we are calling it fraud. Morris furniture obviously knew that it was broken because they did a patch job. Morris should have disclosed the damage to us because they knew about it before selling it. They won't admit fault, or even repair the couch. We are stuck with an unusable $800 couch. This is FRAUD!!!!! If they did this once they're doing it all over the place. We feel completely victimized and taken advantage of."
"I ordered two cushion covers on 9/22 waited for months. I called every month for updates and got the same run around response. Finally on 3/1/23 I was told they came in, on 3/16/23 I received one cover not two I have the paperwork and picture from the delivery driver showing one was only delivered. Now since then I have spoke with the chat live people countless times and emailed numerous times. I still have not received a call or email from Morris Furniture and I am very frustrated at this time. I am at the point of contacting the GM now. To get this resolved. I want my other cushion cover that was under warranty"
"I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible products and customer service. The first table had dings and scuffs in it. The 2nd table was clearly dropped and is cracked completely. They agreed to give me a second table which was like pulling teeth and they have a dumb rule of taking all the parts out of the box at the factory which is ridiculous especially when I'm trying to haul it in a flat bed truck. Never, ever shop here. They are terrible to their customers and their product sucks"
