"6/2/23: I woke up yesterday with a broken AC and called Tinman for an appointment. The receptionist was friendly, answered my questions, and got me an appointment the next day. I know companies are busy with the heat spike this week and was expecting a longer wait so next day was wonderful. The technician Zach was just awesome. He was personable, knowledgeable, and got the AC problem fixed quickly. They were under budget of what I expected too. Our HVAC unit is getting up there in age and we will be contacting them in the future to install a new one that is more efficient as well. Thank you for the great service! 11/15/23 update: we had Tin Man install a new furnace and AC system to replace our 20+ year old system yesterday. The whole process from their "Comfort Advisor" figuring out our needs, the office scheduling, to the great install technicians we just stellar. I appreciated how they took extra care with the drop cloths and tidying up after themselves. Our new system is so much more efficient and more powerful than our old one.
