"Kept telling me I need prior authorization for a prescription I have been on for about a year and instead of saying we will fax the forms to your doctor's office just had me deal with the run around of calling the insurance company and doctor's office. It should have been their job to figure out that paperwork needed to go to my doctor's office for authorization and instead I got a pharmacist with a attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere where they actually do their job"
