"I absolutely love this store the staff are so courteous I went there today and it was the cashier's birthday and she was not able to do a few things and I used to work at Dollar Tree so I showed her kind of you know how to do it and then her manager came and was walking her through it and it was just a touching moment and the store is always clean very clean very stocked everything is always well put away it's not a mess like most of dollar trees are and they just remodeled everything to where it's a 35 extended store and yeah if you ever get a chance to go to Hartville Dollar Tree that's the one to be at"
"It's nice to have a store close, but I keep getting expired items, which should never be on shelves, they put new stock in front of old stock, old stock should always be in front of newer stock. I've talked to the managers, but it keeps happening. It's like they don't care."
"Awesome customer service! Serena greeted me, made sure I found everything I needed and quickly but carefully rang up my items. I was visiting family from out of state and just needed a few essentials. I had to go back in because I forgot trash bags and the other lady working helped me find them as I had a long day of plans so that helped me get in and get out. Awesome job ladies!"

"Staff, especially management rude. I’ve never felt so rushed to get out of a store before. 3 announcements were made that the store was closing and that we needed to stop shopping! Management walked around just staring at people until they went to the cash register to checkout. I informed her she may want to change the hours posted online because they stated the store didn’t close for another hour. She didn’t say anything just have a dirty look. Several kids were trying to go in to go shopping for spirit week gear for school for homecoming week and were stopped at the door because they were “now closed” Very DISAPPOINTING"
