"We take our German Shepard to the Hartville store to bathe her. The tub area is always clean and well equipped to get the job done. The employees are friendly and helpful. We were in the store the week leading up to Christmas and received a lovely gift bag with pet items and a very nice coffee mug; (pet owner remembered too!). Very thoughtful."

"There were three cats that looked to be very worn out and couldn’t open their eyes, looked like they just got surgery though. All three cats had dry bowls of water and little food. We went inside the store and told the employees and they said it had probably flipped over yet the water was already dry and no wet spots anywhere. Cats seemed to be not very well cleaned. We went in again after 30 minutes and told them that after we saw that they had not refilled the water yet."

"I always shop at the Hartville store. The last time I was in there, I purchased two bags of dog food. Today, when I went to open up the second bag, it was opened. I returned it to the store, indicating that I did not have a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for dog food? I sure don’t. I asked her to pull it up with my rewards card. She indicated to me that she could not find it anywhere in my account. I have bought food there so many times, so certainly there was a bag of food on my account, and the last time. Like I’m going to waste time going to the pet store to return a $20.00 five pound bag of dog food. I won’t shop here again."
