"I come to this sheetz daily and most of the time the experience is great but lately i can wait for ten mins to pay for my things waiting on an employee. Tonight i ordered a chocolate shake with Oreos. I waited five mins minimum to pay for it and before i even walked to the counter i saw them making my shake. So i preceded to the pick up area and waited there for ten mins and since no one called my number i looked around and found a shake, mine to be exact, on counter behind the coffee machine. I got an employee check and sure enough it was. I got a cup of cold milk with Oreo chunk it it. They never called my number but this isn’t the first time this has happened."
"Don’t ask about your order being not what you thought. The kids behind the counter making the food were rude and mouthy. I can understand it wasn’t what I expected but to act like I was inconveniencing them for doing what they are paid to do. We would all love to stand around talk and get paid all day. I know customers can be a hassle and doing your job can be hard but it’s free to be respectful and kind."

"They never disappoint. And they are always open. So if I need a candy bar at 3:30 in the morning I am a street away from satisfying that need. Also they are a very good restaurant too. This one has a much bigger and more private dining room than others I have seen. We finally got a Sheetz in this small town, and it has a big spot to fill in the community. But after a few years it is showing no sign of wavering when standing up and taking on the task of our happiness."
"Visited sheets this evening after the fireworks. As it appeared steady it was not slammed. My husband ordered fried Oreos, jalapeño poppers and boneless bites. It took 40 minutes to receive! We could have gone out to a restaurant! There was zero sense of urgency and hustle to fill orders. Upon asking Cori if he skipped our order, he joked and said oh 5 or 10 more minutes. The guy filling the fryer orders was putting one item a time in the boxes and bags. Robert was making subs and another person making drinks. Not one of them moved quickly!! And I wasn’t the only one frustrated. I would not at all recommend unless you enjoy waiting long periods of time for what should be quickly made food. Hire more staff or hire people who want to work! And all that time this is what we waited for!"
