"This is the absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. They are not staffed to handle anything. They lock up early for lunch. They lock up early when they close. Michael is a very rude person and the pharmacist is on the same level."

"Every Kroger Pharmacy is busy. Manage your refills on the app. Setup auto fill! I never have any issues. If you need your refill right away they will fill it that day to accommodate. Plus you get fuel points."

"They've been dropping the ball alot lately, telling me prescriptions will be ready and then they are not ready until the next day causing me to miss 3 doses of a very important prescription I had to take and I had to suffer with the side effects of that. The new automated system is completely useless because I'll have a prescription ready for pickup but the prescription when I call the automated line doesn't even come up on my list of meds so it appears that is not even in the system. And just to top it all off as I'm sure a lot of people know already, the drive-thru is slow as all hell"

"Dropped off my prescription at 11:00 and they told me to wait 40 minutes for it. I go shopping somewhere else and came back at 12:30, an hour and 40 minutes later, and they said to wait 30 minutes. I wait 30 minutes and they told me to wait 5-10 minutes. I wait 10 minutes and then told me to wait 5 minutes. At that point I just went home. I understand that they are super busy during these times, but I wish they gave me an accurate time estimation instead of having me come back and forth like that. I'm fine if I have to wait 5 hours or even come the next day. At least I know I can go do something else. I don't want to rush them because I know that they are stressed and busy, but then again, they should have been more realistic with the time frame. Very annoying experience, and a lot of time wasted on my end."
