"I have called four times to see if they can fill a prescription. Each time the automated line puts me through, they hang up they either hang up immediately, or answer and say nothing, then hang up. Store noise is audible, and I'm not muted, so workers are just intentionally ignoring the phone."
"I went to this location to purchase two items that were on sale. Its two different prices online vs in store. I showed the lady the price online hoping she would price match. Instead she grew frustrated and grumpy because she couldn’t do the price match. She was rude but then directed me to the manager who was a awesome young lady she was very attentive and friendly. That older woman could learn a few pointers from the young manager as far as customer service. That manager kept me from rating this place a 1. If you can’t handle regular challenges you shouldn’t work in customer service."
