"So happy I went to the store. I was able to find some great deals. When I first entered the store, the sales associate did not or even acknowledge I had entered the store. I have told myself if I enter into a store and I am not acknowledged.. they don't want my business... After walking a bit further,one of the associates was working on the floor... She saw me and was very friendly... They got my money to say the least!!"
"I went in tonight and the lady who waited on me at 745 pm went above and beyond! She was such a blessing to me! I will always go here to buy and sell my clothes! I’ve never been treated better in my life! I was more then a customer there tonight and I appreciated it!"
"This location is racially bias the white lady before me got 80 dollars for items that wasn’t quality items. I had tags on my items that was never worn I was offered 17 dollars how insulting. Yes there are black women that work there but that is diff from pricing items on a lower scale for bill people trash location I will never go back to this racist location"
"EDIT: Sarah is an absolute gem of a human! Im overwhelmed with how she treated me and 100% fixed the situation. I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks! I wouldn’t even waste your time trying to sell clothes here. They only go through the top of the bag and they never go through the whole bag and then try to offer you $6 for one top. Absolutely ridiculous not to even include it takes them 2 hours to even let you know about your clothes being done. This whole store is a laughing stalk. I can’t even be mad I just feel bad for clothes mentor as their sales people are ruining their name. Now i would go the clothes mentor in Anderson. They are wonderful ladies❤️"
