United Dairy Farmers

"Went to UDF on Plainville at 10 pm and asked for a chocolale shake and the ladies said that the machines were down. Not good. That is a staple in that neighborhood. Hard to buy anything when you can't even get a shake. Very disappointed. I will go somewhere else if they can't keep their machines up. After I posted this review I went back in and now they shut down and stop selling shakes after 10 pm. I will not be back."

"Had a long night when I came in but there was a really nice cashier who absolutely made my day! Her name is Julie Robinson and she was super patient and friendly. Great experience!"

"Terrible and It’s really unfortunate. You have amazing people trying to run the store and keep it open while they’re working by themselves. Having come from retail I was more than willing to wait and be accommodating because it is so very frustrating and demeaning to be working by yourself. Leadership, management and anyone of influence needs to get this corrected. You should be ashamed of yourself. You’re only damaging those who are being loyal to you and your customer base. A sad disgrace of leadership and management. And to the young lady who was alone. Thank you for your help. Your positive attitude and desire to help meant the world under the circumstances. You should not be treated like this."

"So there was a total of 5 of us that came in the store to get ice cream. Devin was helping us he seemed new. He did a very good job! So he asked a simple question to carter I believe his name was. Carter decided to berate him in front of us for asking a question about a root beer float. He said it should be common sense. As a customer I felt bad for him. If I was a employee I would have walked out."

"The two young African-American women in here are the rudest nastiest employees they ever have had. They don't even deserve to have a job here a customer asks for fresh coffee they catch attitudes they disrespectful they tell to chill out. I'm grown I can say whatever I want.that's not customer service. I would drive by this location and go to a total different one because the customer service here stinks. If I ever heard my daughter rather grown or not be that disrespectful at her job her employer to a customer I will check my child"
