"I visited this location and I wanted to get 1 balloon filled. I was told that it would be over 6 hours until 1 balloon could be filled. I dont understand how you could be so backed up that 1 balloon would take 6 hours. I went to dollar tree and they filled our balloon right when we walked in. The manager Carlos was rude as well. We were willing to pay more money to wait less time. You lost our business."
