"Very helpful and courteous staff. The store has pretty much everything from dairy products to lawn and garden supplies. The Willoughby store was atypical of what I’ve seen previously (similar discount stores) as far as customer service and insuring you found everything you needed. Well done."
"Whoever was working the register this morning was unacceptable in the way she treated us, we went in to try to buy some drinks and a lighter, guess you need id for a lighter which we forgot no big deal we still wanted to buy drinks and then she took our drinks (which where already in a bag) away and refused to sell to us and told us off. Unbelievable, not the first horrible encounter I've had with this lady either multiple times she has been nothing but rude. She does not need to be working in customer service."
"Always clean and tidy and has everything I normally need. They are the only company to carry the Gain scent of laundry detergent I love and always has it in stock in detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and fireworks. One of the few bathrooms I have noticed to ALWAYS be clean! Lol"
"There was no one at the check out so I put my stuff down at the counter with the number light on. The one worker (manager I think since I see her there often) gets one the opposite register and takes the woman (shame on her as well) that was behind me. There was no way she couldn't have seen me. Luckily , she called over another associate to cash me out. The store is great but the customer service seems to be so great."
