"Guest in the store was upset about the lack of customer service because the person refused to scan stuff and do their job. Guest said they had just worked 18 hours and was upset about that fact and we overheard the cashier say boo hoo. That is so disrespectful and that lady needs to re-learn how to do her job."
"Worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dollar general, and I've been to many. I came in with my 2 kids to pick up a bottle of contact solution, and my kids wanted a ring pop. I went to the checkout and waited for a good ten minutes watching 3 or 4 employees chat behind the counter. Finally I asked if there was someone who could ring me up and she said No, literally just said no. I said, "okay?" She said the only thing you can do is the self checkout but you can't use cash. I said it was all I had and she said "well I guess your out of luck". Wow just wow!"
"Nobody was disinfecting the shopping carts, some people had their masks below their mouths. Some isle were messy, items on the floor of barely on shelves. They didn't have what I needed and went in to buy. People didn't follow social distance not even the staff. I was glad to be out of there fast."
"Had a great experience the store manager found what I needed and even held it for me at the counter. I was appreciative of her excellent customer service! I believe her name was Corie. Thanks Corie for being a caring individual when there’s so many people out there who wouldn’t even take the time. It means a lot."
