"I checked in online, arrived on time, checked in with a staff member and all three left to apparently eat lunch. I left confused and wouldn't go back. They were also complaining about management."

"First, let me say that arriving on a Sunday morning before "back to school" typically wouldn't be the best idea. However, this place was staffed perfectly. They opened on time, checked in about 20 people, and went to work. I was very impressed on how they got everyone taken care of. I was like the 20th person but only had to wait about 25 minutes because of the great staffing. I would highly recommend this location. The staff were great and efficient. "our stylist was out of the world, we showed her a clear picture of what we wanted as our son's haircut, and she started to bombard us with questions on sizing and styling, like we are experts on it. What we expect as consumers and has always received is to follow our instructions, which in this case was a picture (which has worked perfectly for the past 5-6 years). But this lady brought us to a dumb level and gave us an ugly looking haircut. Plus her attitude towards the kid, she said if you don't stop moving, then i will leave your hairs in whatever condition they are. Come-on you are cutting a kid's hair, expect some problems. I made a big mistake by trying this location, will go back to our previous location of Great Clips."

"I explained that I wanted the bottom of my fade down to the skin. The stylist acknowledged, but only used clippers, which get no where close to the skin. I asked for her to use edgers to get a bit shorter at the bottom, but she said “No, that will dull the blade on my edgers.” I’ve had edgers used MANY times with no such refusal. Not a good haircut; not a pleasant experience."
