"Destroyed one daughters hair, they tried to cover up the mistake by changing her part, and left my other daughter disappointed with the wrong style. I tried to take them back to give the salon a chance to correct it but no one answered my emails. We will not be returning."

"Maria Banks was my hairdresser for the day. It was my homecoming day and I absolutely needed to have my hair done in less than an hour. She did an amazing job under short notice. I'm extremely happy with how my hair came out and how nice she was about the whole thing."

"I am devastated! Not in my wildest dreams did I imagine my hair was going to be burned, brittle and frizzy after a Global Keratin Treatment. Natalee Vance was shocked too and at least gave me half of the $150 I paid. I honestly feel robbed. I'm just so sad that I wasted so much money & had a poor experience. I'm out $75, I can’t get a redo in time for my event and my hair looks worse! Agh!"

"Hair:Stacy is amazing! She is talented and professional. She helped safe my damaged hair and was extremely honest and encouraging during the process. Nails: Maria does a beautiful job with nails (even if they are very short). She shapes and elongates the nail-- my gel manicure typically lasts for almost 3 weeks. She is very friendly and professional and her prices are less then other local establishments. Updated 2/2019: Recently saw Maria for my hair color. She is so knowledgeable and professional. Knows her color techniques! She was patient and explained the process. She took such good care of my hair. Can't recommend her enough! BOTH THESE LADIES ROCK!"
