"I did the online questionnaire after a coworker told me where she got her hair done. I was matched with Tyson- and I’m so glad I was! He is very knowledgeable and not only tells me the “how” for my hair but also the “why”. My goal is to make my hair the healthiest I can and Tyson is teaching me how to do that. I have been to him twice now and both times have left extremely happy. It has been hard fire me to find a stylist I “click” with and I think my search is finally over!! The salon is very clean and nicely updated. Every person I have come in contact with has been very friendly and kind. There is a selection of tea/coffee while you wait in the spacious and comfortable waiting area. Overall an excellent experience"

"I’ve loved every service that I’ve had with Dawn! I made an appointment a few months back on a whim after needing a haircut and being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of salons in Columbus. The treatment that she used in my hair made it feel so much softer and healthier after dying it myself weeks prior. She was super friendly and this past visit she was very helpful in showing me the best way to style my bangs and recommended a great product! The salon itself is very warm and inviting. "Dawn was so lovely. I saw from previous reviews she had over 10 years of experience so felt confident she could answer any questions. Went in wanting a perm but the rods at Kenneth’s aren’t the size I need for achieving the kind of curls I wanted. Which was fine, I’ve had this experience at a few other hair salons so I wasn’t disappointed. Dawn was super transparent about the options for my hair, which I appreciated. The salon is HUGE and I didn’t feel shy talking because there weren’t a lot of people crammed in the same area. The front staff that checks you in and out are all very welcoming and personable. They offered all clients free coffee or tea when they arrive. While I waited I noticed that the staff went above and beyond to cater to each and every person’s unique needs."
