"I normally approach buying a vehicle with a lot of caution. I try to know just about everything I can about the market conditions, the vehicle in question, and what could be added to it. I’m also ready to have to fight with salespeople and the finance office to get a good deal and not pay for anything I don’t want. When I went to this dealer to look at some Mavericks on the lot, I was frankly blown away by the service. Amber and (I think) Rob were a treat to work with. Firstly, the Mavericks weren’t priced $5k+ over MSRP like other dealers in the area - they were priced at MSRP and with how the market is with Mavericks, that’s as good as you’re gonna get right now. Second, when we started talking about price every item was spelled out with a TOTAL price including taxes and fees. Finally, the finance office was willing to work with me to beat the financing I came in with, but I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to finance through them. Once I was in the finance office, Austin did a good job selling me on some of the options, but ultimately respected what I declined and didn’t keep pushing the issue to the point I would walk. This is what a car buying experience should be, but sadly isn’t often enough. The whole process felt transparent and, most importantly, respectful. I cannot recommend them enough, and if I buy another Ford I’ll be going out of my way again to buy from them."
