"Went in today and bought a Family Feast and 2 Cheese Cakes. Was given 2 tartar sauce, total cost was $40 dollars . We wanted one extra Cocktail Sauce, and the Lady behind the counter told me I would have to pay extra. You would think it would be free. Oh well, times have changed, no good Customer Service anywhere."
"Food and service were great. I'm disappointed that the owner fails to keep things like heat and bathrooms properly maintained though. It would be great if the heat worked for those choosing to dine in and if owner would hire someone to wash the windows and make needed repairs in restrooms. The food is excellent and the staff friendly, attentive and prompt to serve."
"Stopped in for dinner with our 2 granddaughters, had the Fish and Shrimp basket for $5.99, very good deal. However, the restaurant was having issues; the order system/register went down, there was no heat in the restaurant and has had no heat this season so far, and staff was stressing as well as a few unhappy/cranky customers. Hopefully all will be resolved soon."
"The food was good and hit the spot. The staff were super friendly. The only downside to my visit, was the store was cold inside. Not sure if the owner just does not care to fix the heat in the building or what the deal is. Other than the heat issue, the store looked clean."
"Great deals on great food here... $20 feeds 2 people very well, and we love ordering a variety of things and sharing it all. Service is generally pretty quick, it's clean, and everything is delicious! Also, the lady behind the counter tonight had a fantastic sense of humor!"
