I am not allowed to purchase boots at all from any of the three franchised redwing stores. They said that I returned too many boots. And that there, manager or corporate manager stated that they are not allowed to sell me any boots anymore. I am not allowed to shop at their store. The only Boots that I returned are boots that are defective. Most of them had leaking water issues The 2 employees at this store. We're very unprofessional. One had a very nasty attitude. I did ask both employees for their name. And they refused to give me their name. And they also refused to give me their manager's name. They just continued to tell me to leave the store."
