"Some of the Rudest staff I’ve met. I love Plato’s closet, have been a regular shopper for years. This location has horrible customer service and staff. I left at the same time as an employee working who I have never had an encounter with or met in my life. She yelled rude things in the parking lot to me on the way to my car, I have no idea what I’ve done to be treated that way, it was obnoxious. Absolutely ridiculous. I truly hope action gets taken on this individual. I will confidently say in the future I will be going out of my way to avoid this location. So extremely displeased with this store."

"Decent assortment of jeans, leggings, shoes, etc. My daughter found a few outfits and I was finally able to get a new shirt and better shoes."

"I’ve never had anything but excellent service and the upmost helpfulness from the staff and have been going here for 4 years. Anytime they don’t accept clothes it’s because they are too old or worn out or not in the style of the store. Ignore the other reviews. 10/10 place."

"Extremely Rude. Their customer service is extremely rude. They Need to work on their customer service skills. Even if they say no to close there's a proper way to do that. I wouldn't suggest trying to sell clothes here or buying clothes here. They won't take any of your clothes even if their name brand With no stain."

"I brought 2 bags filled with clothes from name brand clothing stores , they didn’t take some because they were worn out but they were never worn and still had tags on them.. and the clothes they did take costed me at least $100 and they were trying to only give me $11. I had to tell them no thanks that’s not worth it. Do not recommend selling clothes here. Not worth it."
