"I did place 4 orders using cinco promo code but they canceled all the orders, all 4 orders saying items are out of stock. Their website is capable of telling if the item is available or not at the time of placing order. Then also if we successfully placed the order, that means they should have the stock, still they canceled all four orders giving that reason."

"I found some decent things there in the Juniors. I suppose it depends on your fashion style. I found most to be a bit odd type clothing compared to how the store was 5 years ago. Staff never spoke to me while shopping. Everything is so close together so its hard to look through things. Person at register was just leaning on counter at different end so I had to ask what side. Was bit disappointed but I did find 2 things at good price."

"Great styles and love this store!! Yes you have to search through the clothing for sizes but it’s worth it if you have some time! Always buy one get one half off sales just about every day or another similar sale!! Worth it for adults and teens who enjoy bright colored clothing ! I don’t personally like all the cropped shirts and hoodies but hey, teens are into it; less of those styles would be nice!! Other than that; no complaints"

"I love Rue 21 clothes but this store itself is a mess. The employees are awful. Not helpful at all. Do not even bother acknowledging customers. The set up is horrible. This store desperately needs a GOOD reset. You can barely walk through there, forget trying with a stroller. So messy! The last couple times I have tried to shop there the place is wrecked. Clothes all over the floor. Literally having to step over stuff. The racks are not even shopable. It's appears the staff doesn't bother to straighten at all. They have decent prices but it's not worth it if you can't even find anything due to it looking like a tornado ran through there every day."
