"This is a nice Dillard’s. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the second floor of this store and explored what they had to offer. It has a very large woman’s section and they’re selling prom dresses right now. This store has several nice suitcases, purses, and backpacks made by Paris Tracey, and there was a 50% sale on some of them while I was here. There’s a bedding section with sheets for the specially designed for hot and cold weather. There are also several types of memory foam for mattresses available for sale, ranging from soft to firm. There’s a bed where you’re able to test the different types. After looking at the different memory foams I left, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Dillard’s five stars because it has a nice selection of products."

"Has the best junior formal dress selection we've found so far, slightly disorganized but that is to be expected when there are tons of young ladies in a rush to find the perfect dress for whatever event they have coming up. The associates were very helpful and even held a dress for us that we picked up later in the evening. We ended up picking two dresses, and both were very affordable and absolutely stunning. The only thing we weren't a huge fan of is the fact that some of the dressing room door slats were broken, and we thought they should replace the doors with something more solid so it feels more private."

"Always a good selection at good prices. If they are having a clearance event, you can find some great deals."

"Went to Customer Service to return a sweatshirt that did not fit me even though it is the size I normally wear. The lady at the desk rolled her eyes at me as I approached her desk. She acted if I was a bother. She tried to get me to return my item in the mens section downstairs. I never dealt with unprofessional service from any retailer. Never will I ever do business at this Dillard's location. 12/30/2023 around 4pm. I remained calm but this associate needs coaching on her customer service"

"I bought a sport coat from this store for my wedding. A gentleman named Scott Gerlach walked me through the process. He was awesome. I would highly recommend finding him if you need help with tailored menswear. I went to a few other places prior and he clearly knows what he's talking about. He even gave us a great recommendation for a local restaurant. Thanks, Scott."
