"Bought two pair of EDEA Laces. The correct laces were sent in a timely fashion but they were shipped in a small box via UPS and cost $15.10 for shipping. Ouch. Seems like a waste of packaging material when a small envelope would have been fine and less expensive via USPS."

"Trace your feet and send it snail mail. They will send you a boot. If it doesn't fit, they will send you the next size. You send the boots back and have them mounted. Customer service is the best I've ever had. Also, best skate I've ever owned. Can't say enough."

"The first time that I went to Skates US, I was fitted incorrectly with a boot that was a few sizes too long and way too narrow. The boots caused me a lot of pain and broke down pretty quickly. However, I reached out to them about the issues I was having and they offered to replace my skates for free because of their error. I really appreciated this. Elizabeth took her time to make sure that I had the correct size and molded the skate to make sure it didn’t cause my foot any pain. She was very helpful and knowledgable.
