"We had our child there for roughly 1 year. At first, it was a great experience, I was unhappy with there not being a way to pay a bill online and being charged for days that they closed, but I felt it was a small enough issue not to get worried about. The last few months have been pretty rough. My child would come home and began acting out shooting people with guns and she said that's what they play at school. I was a little taken back as that is not something that exists in any of her other environments, I know it's kids being kids but it was becoming a daily thing. Then there was an incident where they called us to immediately come pick her up because she being unruly (3yr). As two parents working full time this became increasingly unacceptable when we arrive to find the teacher that gave the call was not the teacher watching her. The teacher that was watching her exclaimed that she was being very good for her and was currently taking a nap, this gave way to the knowledge that there was a horrible lack of communication between the employees as this poor lady had no idea that anything had happened at all. We were then told that we should schedule a future meeting with them about the incidents and that she needed to see a doctor for her behavior. When we asked to see a recording of the incident we were then told that there was no recording in the facility, that should have been a red flag for me at the start as who knows what goes on in that building. The next day we dropped her off only to be cornered by teachers exclaiming that our child wasn't allowed to come back until a physician had analyzed her behavior. This was boggling our minds as we have never had any of the issues in any other environments including strangers and other kids of all ages. Now, clearly having lost trust in the people responsible of the facility and well-being of my little girl, I decided to clear out her cubby and head home. Icing on the cake was finding items that had been missing and no where to be found. Just to be safe, we did consult with a physician and after he spent time with her he said all concerns are unfounded and the only thing we should be worried about was leaving her there. Pros - Parents night out - Small fee they'll keep your child until 11pm once a month, an absolutely wonderful perk! Cons - No online payments No prorated weeks on closure days Kids play really rough and act out dangerous types of play Personal items missing No video surveillance Lack of communication between teachers, let alone information reaching a parent. Lack of constructive discapline and child monitoring."

"I absolutely love this daycare! They all truly and genuinely care about your child. My daughter was having such a hard time adjusting and the really took the time to make her feel comfortable and get her adjusted. They would even had one on one time with her to bond with her during this phase. I would call ever day she was at daycare to get an update on her and they were very encouraging of that. I even stopped by unannounced to check on her and again they were very supportive of that. Unfortunately, we had to move and am now having a difficult time finding a daycare that could fill this daycare's shoes. Great people. Great daycare. Highly recommend."
