"Would not recommend this place. If you drop your kids off before 7:30am they will most likely just hang out in the office room for a while. Feels chaotic as there is only minimal staff. No consistency on where your child will be when you pick them up as they are always condensing and switching rooms. Children are not always made to wash hands before meals. Have witnessed children eat snacks directly off the table without it being wiped down. Definitely on the dirtier side compared to other day cares. Most toys are dirty, damaged, broken, etc. On many occasions children who have a melt down on drop off are not comforted. One day when our daughter had a fever she was left lying on the floor by herself while adults in the room ignored her."
"My son just started here after his previous daycare had to close permanently. The staff is very nice, the facility is always clean, the playground area is up to date and clean, and he loves going everyday. I have been very pleased with our experience."
"This center refused to make reasonable accommodations for my child with special needs. When I paid for a specialist to observe at the daycare and make suggestions, they refused to even look at the report. Caution! This center does not provide adequate training on behavior management or special needs. Don’t bother bringing outside reports, either—we presented numerous documents from his specialists and found out that his classroom teachers didn’t even know he had special needs."
"My daughter attended Kimberly Lynn and absolutely enjoyed it and she’s only 2 years old! She always had a smile on her face with every staff member she was put with, they have a very safe environment, no one is allowed entering the building until a staff personnel lets them in, always keeps you updated with your child, and has very fun and good learning techniques."
"Place is just a hang out place for managements daughter and her friends. Complain they can’t staff the facility yet you’ll walk in to 5/6 girls in the office hanging out. The place is filthy. My kid was sick so much it was pathetic. No learning goes on it’s just play time 24/7. You can’t tell who works and who’s a parent. Coming in to drop off or pick up your child is in different rooms due “not enough staff”. That had also shut down twice without contacting family’s we all showed up to drop kids off and they said they weren’t open. Instead of calling they posted it on the Facebook page. I guess that’s what you get when 21 & 28 year old run the place. Go down the road or up the road for child care don’t waste your money."
