"Tried to buy 12 boards and a few other items today. Nobody said anything to me. I get up to a self checkout and proceed to pay….card reader isn’t working…woman makes me switch registers…card reader isn’t working….I'm then given a receipt and told to go to another register. I wait in line at another register for 15 minutes…card reader isn’t working. The girl looks at me and says “yeah we haven’t accepted card all morning.” I ended up just leaving everything. I stop by the service desk to let them know and the girl says “it’s been out all morning…we know!”…This entire situation was handled so poorly by the staff to the point that I may never come back."

"My mother received excellent, outstanding, above and beyond, service from Christian and Nicolas today. She's older and needed some help with her old appliances and helped with installation of her new ones. They truly went above what was required of them. Idk if they work for home Depot directly, but I had to make sure they knew what excellent service they provided her. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN AND NICOLAS."

"Went to home depot to rent a pressure washer. I've never used one before. The rental was easy and the pressure washer worked great. The customer service was friendly. 4 stars because they didn't give me all the parts for the pressure washer. I had to go back to get the wand. They were very nice and started my rental time from when I finally got the wand."
