"The store is clean but my app always crashes on the shop and scan at this one. It’s so frustrating. Giving up and going through the self checkout isn’t any better because there is always some issue needing assistance. Idk what kind of updates are needed but something needs to change."

"We went Christmas Eve and went through the store smoothly until checkout. We always do Self Checkout because it's easier, faster and I know I'm ringing up the right price! Unfortunately today we hit the first ever hiccup and from the Associate, Manager and IT who tried her best to fix the machine we had to redo our order. They were wonderful and IT and Associate helped ring up our items and we went on our way in just minutes! I've been going here since the day they opened and have never had an issue with any items I've purchased. I now live in Kenton County for the past 10yrs and still travel to this store."
