"Seriously the manager and upper management of this IHOP should be fired to let this go as long as it has. Best thing you can do is close it down. If don’t have enough employees to handle the incoming traffic then close the facility. You’re only creating a bad customer experience and your employees suffer. We waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes from sit down to check arriving to table. The food was good but the wait was entirely unnecessary because you as a management team don’t want to do the right things to improve customer experience."

"The waitress and cook on 3rd is amazing they get the food out quickly and perfectly they are great and friendly we will only come here on 3rd if the waitress Trish and the cook Jake if they are here they come and make sure that you are good and are very prompt about getting refills and making sure you get everything you need I definitely recommend the 3rd shift IHOP staff 5 out of 5 stars."

"Stood here for ten minutes was not spoken to at all. Host comes up says it will be a 10 minute wait. That’s 20 minutes just to get a stack of pancakes.. The place isn’t even busy but they sure act like they hustling"

"Very clean IHOP. It was the servers first day and she did great. We had the turkey avocado melt, blueberry pancakes, and a pancake sundae. I didn’t realize the pancake sundae was actual ice cream. It was very good. I love the breakfast potatoes. Everything was delicious will definitely return to this IHOP."
