"One of the best hair cuts I've ever received"

"I walked in and gave them my phone number like they asked. I was told to take a seat which I did. a few minutes went by, and a lady which acted like she hated her job, proceeded to tell me which chair to sit in so I did so. She looked at my information off of a slip that must show them the last time I was at one of the stores because I go to another great clips usually. She then made a comment and said, are you wanting the top trimmed? and before I could say anything, she just told me it doesn’t even look like it needs cut. I said yes I want it trimmed. She kind of rolled her eyes and literally said” Oh.. you are one of those”?..it’s almost like she did not want to do her job. So I proceeded to get up and I walked out. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! And No management I am not emailing anyone!!"

"The manager here is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. As soon as I walked in, she said: "Seriously? What's wrong with people?" It was snowing and she clearly didn't want to cut anyone's hair. She had a terrible attitude. She continued then to say: "You didn't need to come in for this, you could have done this at home yourself. You just need clippers." She was literally making fun of the fact that I'm balding. It was inappropriate and completely unprofessional. After reading the other reviews on here, I now realize that it is not just me that she is rude to, so that is a problem that Great Clips should deal with. I can't imagine corporate is okay with a manager like that, and if they are, I'll never give my business to a Great Clips again. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be degraded and treated very poorly."

"DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER! The location on E Whipp in Kettering, OH really needs to change its name to just “Clips” cause the haircuts are literally never “Great.” The staff is very often cranky and looks at me like I’m burdening them when walking in and saying hi. Last time I went I got my hair cut by the Manager of this location and she was very rude and snarky the entire time. She had a sassy attitude and made it very apparent that she did not want to cut my hair… I should have taken that as a sign and walked out, but I stayed and sat in her booth’s chair. Even though they’re across the street and a convenient 3 minute walk away, I never go there anymore. If the manager lady reads this: I want you to know that it’s obvious you hate your job. Everyone can see that. Maybe you should do something else for work that makes you happy and not such a dissatisfied Susan? No one wants to be a dissatisfied Susan. Anyway, I hope your life gets better soon and you find some happiness! P.S. I attached a photo of the place I highly recommend you try instead of the E Whipp Kettering OH Great Clips. "I went in and asked if they could do a wolf cut and left feeling so good about my new haircut! The hairdresser was so nice and did such a good job and hyped me up abt how cute it was on me! I don’t know her name but she did an amazing job! Thank you to the nice girl who did my hair, I will def be back!"
