"I wanted a short shag and stylist Katy at SmartStyle said she could do that. I even showed her several pictures of style I wanted. It looked kinda like I wanted but told her cut it shorter. She seemed fine with that and she blowed dry my hair like an old lady. I paid tipped and went home. Got home washed my hair and my daughter pointed out that the sides are uneven and one side in the back was way longer. And Katy the stylist cut a big section on top of my head about four inches shorter than the rest! I could cry, you know how long it takes for your hair to GROW OUT! Thanks Katy :("
