No explanation other than this - "Hello, I have decided to cancel your next appointment. I don't think it's a good fit for me . I hope u can find a stylist that can meet your needs . "I came to high maintenance salon for a wedding party in September. The staff were so friendly and kind, the salon was clean, spacious, and very up to date. Jen was so nice and wonderful, as well as down to earth. When a member of our party wasn’t happy with her hair, Jen took over and ensured that she was satisfied by reworking the style. We basically took over the whole place for the morning. Jen took a great deal of time doing the brides hair so that it would look beautiful and it did!! I was so happy with the stylist I had and the updo I received. If you want great service in calm and clean atmosphere with caring stylists, choose High Maintenance!"
"I went to this salon as part of a bridal party in September. I was largely unimpressed with the skills of Jen and her colleague that did the hair for the bridal party. I felt the salon was not up to date with hair. For example, Jen did not know how to use a straightener to curl and another stylist did not have dry shampoo on hand. I had to use my own on one of the bridesmaids beforehand. For $70 I felt that my hairstyle was amateur at best. When I come to a salon I expect the best and that is not what was received here. If I could rate less than one star I would. As technology advances so should your skill set."
