"I went to the Fairborn location on 12-20-23 and got a terrible haircut. Not a big deal, it happens. I work in Kettering so I figured I would stop in it the Woodman location after I got off of work on 12-21-23. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that helped me but she was great. It didn't show up in the computer that I went to the Fairborn location the previous day and I didn't have a receipt. She was totally understanding. She made me feel comfortable even though I felt like I looked dumb. She did here best to fix the haircut and sent me on my way. I really wish I could remember her name because she is the type of person Great Clips should employ at all locations."

"Taryn cut my hair a couple of months ago and I keep forgetting to leave a review. She did a wonderful job. I’ve been growing out a pixie cut and came in with a wonky mullet and she cut my hair into a bob that’s making the growing out process so much easier on me. She was friendly, listened to what I wanted, and did a great job."
