"My wife just went to have her hair cut and trimmed and they cut all her hair off! She said she wanted the top cut shorter, but the person cutting her hair took that as cut it shorter all over and completely cut out the perm she got 2 months ago! Great Clips didn’t charge her for the buzz cut, obviously, but you really need to watch what they are doing We have been going there for about 3 years and never had a problem, I think sometimes they get in a hurry"
