"Fake fake fake Update- 11-19-23 Since you want to act rude, and like the most incompetent business owner I’ve ever seen. Let’s talk facts. I came into your store and bought a pair of retro 5 aquas. Tell me why I bought a size 11 but the inner sole had a size 11 .5 sticker on it? Then I look at the bottom of the sole an it says 11.5 on it too? So you sold a shoe that had a size 11 Jordan tag on the inside, but had a complete 11.5 sole inside? Sounds sketch to me. Shoes don’t come out the retail with wrong size shoe soles! Get real! An grow up an stop acting like a big bad guy when your a business owner! Act a part!"

"I have never experienced such poor customer service in a store. We were not greeted when we entered the store. The three employees were too busy talking to each other to acknowledge us, and two of them were sitting on the counter. When asking for a shoe size, we felt like we were inconveniencing them. There was no assistance with the shoes, and they only gave us one shoe to try on. We had to go to the counter to get the other shoe. I had been in this store one other time and received similar treatment. I refused to buy shoes there at that time, but unfortunately this was the only store that had the shoe and size we needed so we did purchase shoes. You really need to invest in some customer service training for your employees! They should probably put their vape pens away as well and not leave them on the counters."

"The store is absolutely amazing. I've never seen anything like it. Yeah, the prices were a little crazy but it seems like they're trying to stay relevant with some of the pricing online. I get it got to make your money. Overall I think the staff is really nice and I think hype definitely is it!!!"

"Shoes are way overpriced and when I went to return I realized the receipt said all sales are final. That definitely needs to be said at checkout! Never again. Would not recommend unless you like to pay $60+ over retail price."
