"Bought a nice bar and chairs for our den. Salesperson couldn’t have been anymore nice and helpful. However, after delivery we noticed one of the drawers was damaged. After many phone calls and being redirected to their maintenance group, and after promises to come fix it, here we are still with a broken drawer. Quality furniture, poor service. *just as an update. Still hasn’t been resolved."

"We were in the market for a new hot tub. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and Peyton was able to assist us and help us with all our questions. Bought it Monday, and it is bing installed this Monday. Delivery people called and were so friendly as well! So far, this has been a great experience! Hoping for a great delivery and install!"

"There either never open or no one is there. Tried to visit around 6 on a Saturday. I was let in but informed I had to leave soon. Store is a bit crowded, I honestly think it's a poor location and not a respectable size sq ft wise for other Watsons I've seen. I didn't get to look the entire store over but they had some cool stuff. Prices were not as bad as I expected especially on hot tubs, but you can find all of these items or similar cheaper elsewhere."

"We walked in and greated by a room full of smiles, a warm and inviting atmosphere. We went straight to the hot tubs, and initially greater by another salesman who asked if we needed anything to let him know. Mr. McCarthy our salesman was never pushy and very understanding. We were not pushed, any questions we had were answered, timelines, install, you name it. Not to mention the rest of the staff who were amazing with our two daughters while we finished up some paperwork which I might add was incredibly easy. We can't wait until everything is installed and running. I'd highly recommend everyone here at the Florence location."
