"I always come here to find great stuff for my 1 and 2 year old boys. As a single mother of 3, you simply can't beat the deals they have! I always get my kids little riding toys, clothes, tents, just everything! I love this place, in fact I just spent $97 yesterday on loads and loads of Christmas gifts (all in great shape) and I wouldn't have gotten a quarter of the amount I got at any other store for the price I paid! I appreciate this store and all they do! Thank you."

"I love the idea of this place. However, I do not love this actual store. The 1st few isles wreak of cigarette smoke. They do not have a very good selection of baby boy clothes. Anytime they have a sale, even if you are the 1st few in line, good luck with purchasing anything unless you have a newborn baby girl. I have been to over a handful of sales. It has been a waste of time, every single time."

"Honestly, if I could put zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to donating clothes and very rude should I add. In today’s society, nothing is cheap. Children’s clothes cost, just as much as grown adults. And so when donating clothes, it’s not expected to get the full amount of what you pay for the items but at least half or a little less.I was unbelievably blown away by the prices that they offered for the clothes that I had brought in today and shoes. I wish I would have taken pictures of the items. But i was not expecting once upon a Child to offer me such low ball prices on my items. For instance, this Bengals jersey cost 55 dollars brand new. And again what you pay you will never get back but I was hoping for at least 15/20 bucks for it. And when I tell you, they offered me as much as a large coke at Mc Donald’s I immediately told her I didn’t wanna sell it to them and this was only one out of multiple items. I tried to get a few more back, but I feel like she purposely completed the order so I couldn’t which is fine, but just to let you know, this place is not worth taking your clothes to, they will give you nowhere near what you expect and will send you back with tons of items EVERY time. This is the 2nd and VERY LAST time I ever donate clothes to once upon and child again. Honesty would have been better off taken them to good will."

"Love this store especially their 50-90% off sales! I bought my sons 0-6 month wardrobe for $60 which was originally $600 (90% off!) !! All of the clothes were literally brand new never worn or maybe worn once.. Somethings are a little overpriced like the Nike and name brand stuff… A while ago I have brought in brand new items that I couldn’t return to the store I bought them from bc it was just past the 30 day return policy and this store wouldn’t even buy them or offered me like almost nothing for them some stuff still had tags on it so I don’t even understand that part bc I usually see a few items that are stained or ripped or something when I come in so I don’t really understand why they will buy some things and not others so I stopped even trying to sell to them very long ago. Also their shoe section is… well either your gonna find a shoe that’s brand new never worn or your gonna find “play shoes” which is what 95% of them are.. BUT if you have time to look through everything you can find some REALLY good deals !! You just have to keep looking :) I usually spend hours in this store LOL definitely the place to go for kids clothes though!"
