"Overcharged for a hat and Lamont refused to provide a refund for the difference. Purchased for a gift and had it embroidered. The embroidery was not done correctly and Lamont thought he was going to charge us for another hat. This is extremely sad that Lamont the store manager can’t provide any sort of customer service. Will forward this information to Lids corporate office."
"We were there this past Tuesday approximately 1:15 in the afternoon looking for a specific Bengals hat. The salesperson in there had no desire to wait on us any customer you stood behind the register and when we asked him about a specific hat oh, he was just unfriendly unwilling to help! He was the poorest excuse and the most unprofessional salesperson I think I have ever run across!! I would never go back to the Fairfield Commons store and I will advise my friends and people that I run into the same"
