"I had hoped this store still had a plus section since the last few F21s I've been to seemed to forget that plus sized people exist. But they completely got rid of their plus section to make way for men's and the old men's section is now just clearance. Guess I'll be saving money by not shopping here."

"I was shopping for swimmingsuit last night and wanted to try on the ones I like, but the store employee on the floor, name Bella, specifically told me that I can buy the ones that I want to try on and return the one doesn't work when I asked about fitting room option. I brought two tops and three bottoms. She should of told me the store policy when I asked for her help to find high waisted swimsuit bottoms, and not encourage customer to buy all of it without knowing that some can't not be returned. Today I went back to the store and want to return the one that doesn't fit, and there are a top and a bottom that I didn't even try on because my husband think it's ugly. The cashier told me that I can only return the top and not the bottom because of the store policy. I brought it up that 1st of all, the store didn't put up a sign to tell the customer that all the swimmingsuit are final sale in the swimmingsuit section. 2nd of all, I specifically been told that I can return the one I don't want, when she is helping me find the swimmingsuit bottom. 3rd of all, I even told the cashier that I'm a nursing mama, which the top might potential have breast milk. They still let me return the top without even checking if the top has any breastmilk on it or not. What are the differences if they don't even check top and still let me return it without any questions. The top still touches the area where there are potential body fluid lingering around. Now I'm stuck with two bottoms that I have no use of and it's such waste of money. Such a unpleasant shopping experience, I'm basically being lied by the employee at forever 21. Attached are the photos of the swimming suit section where I I got my swimmingsuit last night. No sign of warming that those bottoms can't not be returned."
