"Shoes looked nice but the staff is weird. Walked in and instead of letting us know they were closed the lady sat there and watched us ask for help. They didn’t even acknowledge us to let us know what time they were opening. Just locked the door and laughed. Morning time crew. Also making sure the doors is locked will help people know a place is closed."

"Went in to purchase a pair of shoes, needed help to locate the correct size made attempted to ask several employees for assistance all of them avoided me until the manager set foot on the sales floor, then one (seemingly)begrudgingly assisted me resulting in retrieval of the incorrect size.. By the time I noticed the employee was gone... I repeated the same process as described above the third time was a charm At the time there were five to seven employees on the sales floor not ONE offered a greeting or assistance It felt as if I was intentionally being avoided or ignored With three decades of retail experience I can definitely say that is NOT the way to conduct business in any establishment . It would be a shame if shoppers stopped purchasing goods from this establishment simply because the staff couldn't be inconvenienced..."

"This is easily one of the nicest shoe-retailer chain I have been to. The cleanliness shows throughout the whole store. They have a wide selection of fashionable shoes and athletic as we. Great location in the mall. Tip: ask the employees for help if you need it. They are always available and ready to help."
