"I had never been to this location, as it's a little bit out of our way. But they had a sweater in stock that I had been searching for. The entire staff there yesterday (1/7/21 around 4PM) were beyond incredible. Cheyenne helped answer all fifty questions I had, checked stock on items I was looking for. She was informative, and helpful. The other gal, I want to say her name was Brittany but don't hate me if that's wrong! She was so sweet. She brought me items she thought would look good on me. Assisted me with different sizes. Honestly, it was like shopping with a bunch of friends, which I know sounds silly. But they were just SO nice. It was the best shopping experience I've had in a really long time. Being a plus size woman, shopping, normal stores just don't give you the same treatment. But these ladies are rockstars and I really hope Torrid recognizes them for taking the time and effort to be such stellar employees. I would 100% drive out of my way to come to this location any day. I had no intentions of coming in and using all $300 of my Torrid Cash but they're attitudes, helpfulness and the way they I was treated, I had no problem spending every bit of it! Thank you ladies!"
